Andrea Connell Fantechi
Andrea has a Masters Degree in History of Art and Decoration from the Academy of Fine Arts of Florence.
He has played at a high level in International events as a junior and as an adult in the futures circuits throughout Europe, Africa, Australia, Jamaica and the United States. He was also a sparring partner for Fillipo Volandri at the Florence club when Volandri was a top 10 player in the world on clay! 
Andrea was trained for many years by the International Coach Bill Adams in Florida, one of the most important disciples of the legendary australian coach Harry Hopman which has helped Andrea gain valuable coaching experience at the highest level. 
He has also worked for 5 years as a Tennis teacher in Club Med holiday resorts, a great experience, learning how to teach the more recreative and entertaining aspects of the game. He has taught at our location in Florence since 2008.

Francesco Caforio
Francesco has a degree on Motor Science - specifically for skill acquisition in sport. As a player Francesco has competed in the 2nd level of Italian tennis which is equivalent to a 3.1 in the UK. He has worked at Match Ball for 6 years, and holds the highest coaching qualification possible in Italy (Maestro).
Francesco has become one of our most popular coaches in Florence.

Filippo Borella
Filippo managed to win 11 points on the ATP futures circuit (no mean feat) achieving a world ranking before deciding to concentrate his efforts on developing his skills as a tennis coach.
He has been working at Match Ball Firenze Country Club for the past 3 years, being responsible, together with head coach Daniele Giorgini, for  training some of the the best young aspiring pros players in this area of Tuscany​. He holds the highest coaching qualification possible in Italy (Maestro).

Patrizia Murgo
Patrizia reached a WTA world ranking of 138, playing in many tournaments including Wimbledon, the French Open, the US Open, and was a member of the Italian Federation Cup Team. She now holds the highest coaching qualification attainable in Italy - Maestro
