A SPECIAL HOSTED WEEK IN SICILY
After a successful week in 2024 introducing padel to our tennis holidays, we are now offering a tennis week with padel again in Trapani on the beautiful island of Sicily!
The tennis side of the holiday will be based at Circolo Tennis Trapani, which is the most popular tennis club in the area with both clay and hard courts. For all padel tennis activities we will be based at Circolo Tennis Canottieri, which has 4 great padel courts and is the padel tennis hub for the local area.
Your hosts, Ian and Laura, are both highly qualified coaches, speak fluent Italian, have extensive local knowledge and can help you get the very best out of your tennis and padel holiday. These hosted weeks were the cornerstone of Tuscan Tennis Holidays when it began back in 1994 and have remained unfailingly popular ever since with a return rate of over 75%. COACHING PHILOSOPHY Everyone is treated as an individual, with an effort to find solutions suited to their game style, age, aspiration and ability level. We do not teach shots in exactly the same way to everyone. Just look at the best players in the world to see the variety of styles. An overhaul of your technical game is not our priority. We aim to improve what you already have in a way that suits you personally. TENNIS with PADEL Saturday 20th to Saturday 27th September 2025 (Adults Only - maximum 16 players) Cost - £595 per person (excluding flights and accommodation) What's Included (in addition to Ian & Laura's expertise 24/7) A minimum of 20 hours of organised tennis & padel, including coaching, a tennis doubles clinic, 4 game-based tennis sessions, social tennis, fun padel sessions and a tennis tournament with prizes as detailed below - SATURDAY
A welcome drink upon arrival to meet the group in the evening at the Circolo Tennis Canottieri in the centre of Trapani SUNDAY 10 -12 noon - 2 hours organised tennis play followed by lunch at the club 2 - 4pm a mix of a tennis doubles clinic together with social padel tennis. Anyone new to the game of padel will be given a quick introduction to the basics and the main rules explained to help get them started MONDAY, TUESDAY & THURSDAY 10 - 1pm group coaching and game based doubles play at Circolo Tennis Trapani 4 - 6pm a social mix in for padel tennis at Circolo Tennis Canottieri together with local Italians Dinner on the Monday evening at a local restaurant with the group (cost of dinner not included) WEDNESDAY A day to relax and recover with a full days boat trip to the beautiful islands of Favignana & Levanzo. Lunch is also included. FRIDAY 10 -1pm - A 3 hours fun tennis & padel tournament. Afternoon free to swim in the sea, or last minute shopping! Dinner and awards for the week with the group in the evening at a local restaurant (cost of dinner not included) Ian & Laura are on hand 24/7 during the week to provide assistance for anything you may require to enhance your holiday experience. Padel bats available (if required at no extra cost) Daily transfers to & from the tennis club for morning play are also included! We can arrange airport transfers (at a very reasonable cost) No need to drive which is always a bonus in Italy!
