San Vito lo Capo
San Vito lo Capo is a charming coastal town, a 45 minute drive from Trapani, with a fabulous beach. (voted as no.1 in Italy which it isn't but is still pretty impressive!)
There are numerous festivals held here throughout the year including jazz, film and even a cous cous festival!! (A famous dish in this area from the historical Arab influence) http://www.couscousfest.it/
The town is jam packed with loads of great places to eat, drink and shop.
San Vito is also close by the wonderful Zingaro Nature Reserve and the hamlet of Scopello, where some scenes from the movie Ocean's Twelve were filmed in 2004.
