Lucca
Just 3 kilometres from Tuscan Tennis Holiday's centre at Vicopelago is the beautiful walled city of Lucca. Whereas you might marvel at the city of Florence and be glad you visited, Lucca is a town you'll fall in love with. It's a perfect blend of architectural wonder, the best of retail therapy - traditional and designer - and countless bars and restaurants. All this is embraced within a fascinating labyrinth of narrow passageways to which cars have limited access. Lucca is also the birthplace of the famous composer Giacomo Puccini. Lucca may be less widely known than other Tuscan towns and cities but locally it is one of the best loved.
